Our Vision

Technology Exposure & Access through Mentoring (TEAM) envisions a future where the sports industry leadership and back office are reflective of the players on the court.

 Our Mission

TEAM trains, mentors, and empowers Black and Brown youth, ages 14-24, who are typically underrepresented in the sports and data analytics industries to land their dream job in sports or beyond.

TEAM has a proven model that builds academic and technical coding skills by fostering community-driven, culturally relevant, real-world learning. We offer year round programming through Bootcamps and Core Program with multiple entry points.
